Behavioral Styles

How well do your leaders recognize the style of others, and adjust or flex their own style to create more effective working relationships?

People do not all speak, hear and interpret information the same way. Awareness of the different styles of communication and behavior helps make meaning of the complexity of workplace teams and relationships. Recognizing the style distinctions in others, and raising awareness around one’s personal preferences creates opportunities for more productive communication and stronger working relationships.
